What this service is

Willow Rain Company Cleaning is the home-services business of Willow Rain Company LLC — painting, house cleaning, landscaping, junk removal and hauling, moving help, and handyman work in St. Charles, St. Peters, and O'Fallon, Missouri. This page (obsidian.city/willow) explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you ask for a quote or book work, and what choices you have. The wider Obsidian City privacy policy is at obsidian.city/privacy.

What we collect

Quote requests. The quote form on this page opens your own email app addressed to us — nothing you type into the form is stored on this website. When you send that email (or call or text us), we receive your name, phone number or email address, the service you asked about, the job address or ZIP code if you gave one, and the details of the job.
Job records. If you book work, we keep the quote, scheduling, and invoice records for that job so we can do the work, bill it correctly, and answer questions about it later.
Payment information. Deposits and invoices are paid through our payment processor. Your card details go directly to the processor; we do not receive or store your full card number.
Basic technical information. Our hosting provider may process standard technical data, such as IP addresses and request logs, as part of delivering and securing the site. This page has no user accounts and sets no tracking cookies of its own.

How we use your information

To prepare and send your free estimate.
To schedule, perform, and support the work you booked.
To send invoices and deposit requests, and to keep job records.
To respond to your messages and questions.
To keep the site secure and working.

Who processes your data

Our email provider delivers the quote requests you send us.
Our payment processor handles deposits and invoice payments.

Advertising

This page is part of obsidian.city, which uses Google AdSense to show ads on the free version of the site. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), and learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at google.com/policies/technologies/partner-sites. We do not sell your personal data, and advertising partners receive no information about you from us — only the ad request your browser makes when a page loads.

How long we keep it

Basic technical logs are kept on a short rolling basis (about 14 days). Quote, scheduling, and job records are kept while your account or job history is active with us and for as long as business and legal record-keeping requires; you can ask us to delete your contact information at any time, and we will tell you if a particular record has to be kept and why.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
We do not share your information with data brokers.
We share information only as described above — to run the services you asked for.

Your choices

Ask us about your data: you can email us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.
Choose what you share: you control what you send us in a quote request. Please do not send anyone else's private personal information.

Children

This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
