Who we are

Obsidian City (obsidian.city) is operated by Willow Rain Company LLC. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we sell

• Domain name registrations, sold through our accredited registrar partner (see below).
• Digital software — the Anthony Asi applications for Android (APK) and Windows PC (EXE), sold as one-time purchases.
• AI helper subscriptions — the Anthony Asi Personal AI Helper, Sovereign Titan, and Emperor ASI Suite plans, billed monthly until cancelled.

Domain registrations

• Domains are sold by Willow Rain Company LLC through its accredited registrar partner. We are a reseller under that partner's accreditation; we are not ourselves an ICANN-accredited registrar.
• Every registration is also subject to the registrar partner's terms and the policies that apply to the domain extension you choose. If those terms conflict with these, the registrar's terms govern the registration itself.
• A domain is not yours until the registrar confirms registration. Availability shown on this site is not a guarantee — a name can be taken by someone else before your registration completes. If we cannot register a name you paid for, we will refund that purchase.
• You must provide accurate registrant information and keep it current. You are responsible for renewing your domains before they expire; expired domains can be lost and may be costly or impossible to recover.

Orders and payment

• Prices are as listed on this site at the time of your order.
• You can pay by card or Cash App Pay through a secure payment link, or request a payment link by email. An email order is a request: no payment is taken on this site, and nothing is charged until you complete payment on the payment link we send you.
• Payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Monthly subscriptions renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by contacting us at the email below; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not refund partial months except where the law requires it.
• If a product or price is listed in error, we may correct it and cancel the affected order with a full refund of anything you paid for it.

Software license

• When you buy our software, you get a license to install and use it for your own personal or business purposes. The software itself — its design, branding, and code — stays ours.
• Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or copy the software or its built-in content as your own, and do not reverse-engineer it except where the law gives you that right.

AI services — honest limits

• AI output may be wrong. Responses and actions produced by artificial intelligence can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, including when they sound confident. Nothing the AI produces is professional advice of any kind — it is not legal, medical, financial, or any other form of licensed professional advice. Verify important information independently before acting on it.
• Features may change, break, or be discontinued while the services are being built out. Where a service is unavailable, we may offer a reduced fallback or ask you to try again later.
• You are responsible for how you use AI output, including making sure your use does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Reviews

• If you leave a review, you keep any rights you hold in the text you write, and you give us permission to display it on this site.
• Reviews are moderated. We may remove reviews that are unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or fake — including reviews for products the reviewer did not buy.
• Do not submit reviews containing other people's private personal information.

Acceptable use

• Use the site lawfully and for your own personal or business purposes.
• Do not try to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site, its providers, or other customers' orders or data.
• Do not submit other people's private personal information.
• We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Service provided as-is

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Willow Rain Company LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of the site, the software, or reliance on AI output. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
