What this service is
Obsidian City (obsidian.city) is operated by Willow Rain Company LLC. Through this site we sell domain name registrations, digital software (including the Anthony Asi phone and PC applications), and monthly AI helper subscriptions. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you use the site and what choices you have.
How domain sales work
Domains are sold by Willow Rain Company LLC through its accredited registrar partner. We are a reseller under that partner's accreditation; we are not ourselves an ICANN-accredited registrar. Domain registration requires accurate registrant information, which we pass to the registrar partner to complete your registration.
What we collect
- Order and checkout information — when you place an order or request a payment link by email, we store your name, your email address, and what you ordered. These order requests are kept so we can send your payment link, fulfill your order, and answer your questions about it.
- Domain registration information — if you register a domain, the registrant details you provide (such as name, address, phone number, and email) are sent to our accredited registrar partner to register the domain in your name. Registration records are maintained by the registrar under its policies and applicable registry requirements.
- Reviews — if you leave a review, we store the name and review text you submit. Reviews are moderated before or after they appear, and we may remove reviews that are abusive, unlawful, or fake.
- Payment information — payments are processed by our payment processor. Your card and payment details go directly to the processor; we do not receive or store your full card number on our systems.
- Basic technical information — our hosting provider may process standard technical data, such as IP addresses and request logs, as part of delivering and securing the site. The site also uses your browser's local storage for simple preferences (for example, remembering that you have seen an intro screen).
How we use your information
- To take, fulfill, and support your orders — including emailing you a secure payment link when you check out by email.
- To register and manage domains through our registrar partner.
- To display and moderate reviews.
- To respond to your messages and questions.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Who processes your data
- Our payment processor handles payments and subscriptions.
- Our database provider stores order requests submitted through this site.
- Our accredited registrar partner processes domain registrations and holds registration records.
- Our hosting provider hosts the site and may process basic technical information as part of delivering and securing it.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense to show ads on the free version of this site. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), and learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at google.com/policies/technologies/partner-sites. Our own cookie banner lets you refuse optional cookies; refusing keeps ads non-personalized or off where the law requires consent first. We do not sell your personal data, and advertising partners receive no account information from us — only the ad request your browser makes when a page loads.

What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- We do not share your information with data brokers.
- We share information only as described above — to run the services you asked for.
Your choices
- Ask us about your data: you can email us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Where a domain registration record must be kept by the registrar under its policies or applicable rules, we will tell you what cannot be removed and why.
- Reviews: if you submitted a review and want it removed, email us and we will take it down.
- Choose what you share: you control what you type into order forms and reviews. Please do not submit anyone else's private personal information.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
